Writing from the African and Nigerian recent society perspective, Feminism is nothing but a bais form of concealing ladies impropriety. It is disturbing to still have such a mindset about feminism, despite the rapid advancement in the societal school of thought. The interesting part of all this is, it has been women against women.  Over the years, it has always been men advocating against the movement, which I believe, have been a lack of knowledge on why feminism was established in the first place. It hurts, and the pain that comes with it is incomparable. Seeking validation might seem unhealthy, but there is absolutely nothing  wrong with it. It is hard to deal with emotions you thought you have control over. It is always difficult fathoming how you keep attracting the wrong people in your life or should i say you keep falling for the wrong people, because from a critical perspective they made it clear they are not into you, but choose to stay and see what happens. You choose to put yourself through emotional pain hoping they see your effort and probably change. It feels awkward sometimes to strongly have the urge to reach out to people who you think probably don't give a fly about you, it feels more awkward when you are an over-thinker. It is comforting having a random chat with someone you have stuff going on for. Sometimes it comes with zero expectations, it's majorly for the soothing feeling that comes with it.  Truth is nothing prepares you for adulthood. It gets overwhelming most times. Managing your emotions and how you process things in your head. Feeling all alone in a crowd should be a course to study.
